Lost my progress when I switched iPhones

Hi my touchscreen stopped working on my previous phone so I wasn’t able to back anything up before I switched phones. I thought my Candy Crush progress was saved because I was on leaderboards, but it wasn’t. I was previously on level 1880. Can you please help?

HI Kasey, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Have you been playing through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. If not, then your progress can't be saved. Please write back to let me know where you are at so I know which direction to point you in.
