Levels reset on Facebook

I had stopped playing after experiencing some issues with lag in the game and was around level 360. I recently logged back on hoping an update had fixed the issues and my Facebook has reset me to level one again. I don't mind losing my powerups and my gold but I do not want to restart the entire game over again. I have logged in to my computer, my phone, and tried King.com but it says incorrect email. I have deleted and redownloaded the app and tried different browsers.

Are any of them showing your current level? What you need to do on a mobile device is to shut it down. Then reopen it and clear out the history. Then log out of Facebook and log back in and you should be back to your current level. On your computer just clear the history and then log out/log in and it should work. I'm not sure about King.com but try the others first to see if that works.
