Am having issues loading my candy crush on my phone and computer.Help!!!

I cant load my candy crush game on my computer and phone and if i try to download a new one same thing happens and i have changed my phone,what can i do?

Hi Onas, I'm not 100% clear on what you are asking.  You wrote that you can't load the game on your computer and phone correct?  Are you now trying to play the game on your new phone?  Is it just a matter of syncing your progress to the new phone?  Hopefully you are playing through Facebook because they save your progress.  And hopefully you are logging in with the same email address and password on your Facebook account. 

So let's say that you have been playing through Facebook and you are still logging in with the same email address and password then we need to get your new phone caught up.  Make sure that your history has been cleared on your phone.  Then log out of Facebook and log back in and you should be back to your current level.  If it's something else please write me back here.
