I tried to log into facebook so i can save progress before switching phone. When I signed in, i lost my progress. When I signed out, I still don't have my process. I never registered an email when I first started playing CC. How can I recover my levels?

    Hi there,  sorry for the delay in responding and I thank you very much for posting here on King Care.  Have you been using Facebook while you were playing the game because Facebook saves your progress?  If you haven't then please write back here and I will try to elevate it to a King Admin who might be able to get you back your levels.
