candy crush wont load black screen how do i fix it

all i get when i go to play candy crush on facebook gameroom is a black screen help please

Hi pinkyvj8, sorry for the delay in responding.  Are you still having this issue?  Do you still need help?  I tried playing through the Gameroom and I wasn't happy with it.
