King games not working at all
Hello everyone. I have 3 King games which do not work anymore, one of which is Candy Crush Saga as well. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite tablet. The game loads up the orange screen after which it crashes saying " Candy Crush Saga has stopped". My main concern is that I will lose my progress as I hadn't logged in with facebook prior to this happening. Is there any way for me to back up the progress somewhere else so I can reinstall the game? Thank you in advance for your reply

sorry for the delay in responding and I thank you very much for posting here on King Care. If you haven't been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress won't be available anywhere else. What I can try to do for you is this - if you tell me what levels you were at and which games I can try to elevate this to a King Admin who might be able to help you retrieve this.
