Why are ALL my boosters gone?

Okay, so this is some bullshit. Today when I opened the Candy Crush Saga app on my phone, I noticed that all my boosters that I've saved up since the very beginning I started playing, are COMPLETELY gone. I have no idea what prompted this to happen as I didn't even reinstall the app, update the game, or login to Facebook. All my progress has been saved to my email, so this is outrageous. As a dedicated and long-time user of this game, I deserve the 100+ colour bombs, 100+ wrapped boosters, 100+ coconut wheel,  100+ jelly fish, 30+ lucky candies, 20+ hand switches, and 30+ Iollipop hammers I earned, back.

Don't be screwing around, Candy Crush. Y'all better do what's right for dedicated users, and fix this.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.  For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
