I'm on level 2777 it's frozen! The music is playing but I can't do anything.

I have worked hard and spent a lot of money on this game and it continues to frustrate me! I have the highest spaceship award, used my boosters and can't play! I already used two colorbombs on my first play and could easily win this, keep my spaceship booster but it looks like I'll have to restart the game and lose everything!
