Thank you for contacting King Care! You can make sure there are no other windows open while playing the game. Also, clear your browser's cache and hopefully this will work better for you. If you want to change your picture on this site just click on your pic and that will bring you to your profile page where you can upload another picture. Click on my settings to the right and then click the plus sign over your picture.
