I lost my progress on 1425 level. That happened when i used new facebook profile..what can i do? thx

Hi Michal,
Thank you for contacting King Care! If you used a new Facebook profile that's not associated with your King account it will think you're a new player and not recognize your progress. You will have to go back to use whatever you were using before. I hope I understood your question clearly.

Hmm..once again...my wife bought me new iphone...before i had samsung...but i dont used facebook when i played candy crush...but yesterday i created new facebook profile on the "old" device...but when i installed candy crush on the new device and start play, the progress was lost..and the worst thing is - on the old device is progress also lost...the result - on the new device and also on the old device isn´t some progress...can you help ?Hi Michal,
