The game won't open even though everything it's updated

The game asks me to update adobe flash player, which I DO HAVE in the last version. The problem reoccurs only on Mozilla Firefox and not other browsers, which let me continue well over level 2986, when mozilla for some reason does not make me procede over level 2825 , saying that the adventure can't continue until I update to HTML 5. I'm not really practical of this, but I checked and double checked and everything of the browser and adobe flash seems updated to the latest version. I've seen others have had tis problem, but no answer, how do I do? All this occurs playing on Facebook by the way.
