lvl 2170 met all requirement yet did not pass.

Met all the requirements for passing the level, yet when I ran out of time the screen said I did not have enough points to pass. The requirements were 80k and I was currently sitting on 563k. This is not the first time I've encountered such a bug, but having wasted an hours bonus and possibly more hours worth of bonus I feel entitled to a refund and to skip this level. I did not take a screenshot as I did not know what that was or how to take one at the time. I did file a report to facebook directly before I found this page. The game in question was played on the 31. of January 2018, 18:30 GMT+1. - Elisabeth Han

Hi Elisabeth, sorry for the delay in responding and I thank you very much for posting here on King Care. I have noticed that some levels that require you to collect a certain number of points might also want you to use up all the moves in order to clear the level. Have you been able to clear that level yet?
