Is King Care trying to repair the issue?

Multiple people have posted the same complaint regarding Candy Crush freezing up for the last 2 days yet I have seen no reply from King Care. Are you aware of the problem? Are you attempting to fix it? Do you have any information you can give your customers?

I downloaded the Microsoft version onto my laptop and am no longer using the link on Facebook and have not had any problems for a few weeks now. I don't know if the Facebook version is working properly or not.

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
