level 2098 , my candied power balls will not work ,,,keeps coming up error , we are working on it ,,, then the game freezes ... I lost about 6 lolly pop hammers also , there not in my inventory anymore ... please fix and return my stuff ,,,TY

Hi Patti, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. The King team is aware of this glitch and they are trying very hard to fix it. Please refrain from using the color bomb until you see an update. With regards to your boosters, I'm sorry but we cannot remimburse you for them but have you ever tried to play the sugar drop challenge? You can collect up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours.
