I can not get into game om my desktop through Mozilla firefox..Candy crush keeps saying a web page is slowing down your browser do you want to wait or stop it...no matter what I choose the game wont play.....also when the odd time I do get in some cartoon character jumps up saying error...whats going on?

Hi Bev, sorry for the delay in responding to you and I appreciate you writing us here at King Care. Are you still having the same problem? Sometimes when King is working on the game we will get an error message and it might last for an hour or so. If it's still happening please upload a print screen so that I can try to help you find a solution.
