Once again, seeing as how I've had no reply from your "tech team", episode 2367 says it's a mixed mode level, it is not. It says to clear the jelly, there's no jelly to clear. It says to collect the ingredient, but the ingredient will not fall through the portal. Making the play to free up space in the next portion for the ingredient to move into it, only creates an empty space which is filled on the next play. You need to fix this level.
