What the heck is going on with Candy Crush and King. I have put it out there as well as many others pertaining to gaming issues ("An error has occurred, we are doing our best to fix it, Please try in a moment") Not even any acknowledgement from King. I sent my help request days ago with no word from you. I have lost lots of extras because it shuts me down.

Hi Terri, we are trying our best to respond to everyone so please forgive us for not responding sooner. There is a lot of crashing and not crushing going on this week. The King team is aware of 2 issues - one is when you use the color bomb it freezes the game. The other is just the error message that you wrote about above. The King team is aware of both of these glitches and they are trying their best to resolve them quickly. Please refrain from using any color bombs until they resolve the glitch.
