Hi Natalie, sorry for the delay in responding but loads of glitches need to be resolved this week. I'm not sure what you are asking so could you possibly give me more information. Are you playing through Facebook because they save your progress and both mobile devices should be at the same level (sync). Could you possibly upload print screens to show both versions? Then we can try to help you resolve it.
