Past few days when trying to play and use a roll candy or match striped candies the game freezes and a message appears saying it is being worked on. Every time I try, I lose lives and my bonuses allotted for that level. Will we be compensated?

Hi Sheila, an issue of the game freezing when using a color bomb has been reported and the team is trying to resolve it now. Please refrain from using this until it gets fixed.
