Why am I having a problem on level 647 in Candy Crush Saga every time I use the power ball? I have b

I'm on level 647 and every time I use the power ball I get an error message that says it will be fixed etc., etc. This has been going on for over a week now. I've tried all of my browsers, Google, Explorer, Firefox and nothing works. As this level depends on the power ball for its solution I'm stuck here. Can anyone help with this?

Hi there,

It's a glitch in the game whenever you try to use a color bomb the game freezes.  The King team is aware of this and they are trying to resolve it right now.  Please refrain from using this booster until it's resolved.
