Candied Ball freezes the game

Everytime the candied ball is used it freezes the game , ... very frustrating  since it has been going on for almost 2 weeks , I have cleared cookies , tried in two different search engines , nothing ...now all my lollipops are gone .... PLEASE fix this ... is has been going on to LONG

This has been fixed days ago!

Please reinstall the game if the game still is freezing for you.

1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)

2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser.

4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:

https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush

Try also another browser. I recommend to play on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
