PC Freezing

Candy Crush PC seems to have a problem. It is freezing and play cannot continue. I do not have the problem on Mobile. Please fix soon!!!

Try with reinstalling the game to avoid it freezing:
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser.
4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:
https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush
Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera.
If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer. The Windows app can work better than Facebook and you can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook:
