stuck on level 2825

I already post a question regarding my stuck on level 2825, the information says that a have to update my browser and use HTML5 in stead of flash player. I've tried everything, the answer you (KING) gave me that I had to post my question on this blog and that many users are willing to answer my question with a solution. There are many other players with this problem and no one received a propre answer or solution. King let all the players down, the only reason is that they can earn money by buying boosters and gold bars. If everyone should stop using KING games they will answer the questions more faster.

Hi Francine, if you are only showing up to level 2825 then you are looking at the old version of the game.  They used to use Flash but have now transferred to HTML5.  If you are on a computer then you have to change browsers.  You can use Firefox, Chrome or Opera.  On a mobile device it should automatically come up to the new version.  You also can play the game on Windows 10 if that's the operating system in your computer.  Here is a link to find out how to get to the new version:

hi Elsa, thank you for your answer. I used the game on Firefox on my mac and updated all my browsers. I put in the extensions HTML5 but stil don't work. Think its really a technical problem...

I have the most recent version of Google Chrome (updated on 6/27/18) and restarted my computer and cleared history and cache and did all of the steps you mentioned and NOTHING works. I am on level 3348 however am now stuck in an old version on level 2825 and nothing fixes it.
