Why did I lose 11 levels on Candy Crush?

I had to set my computer back to factory specs and redownload Windows 10 again because of a virus. I logged into Facebook and clicked on Candy Crush and now I am on level 2273 when I was on level 2284. I have beaten 2273 and moved on, but every time I close Facebook then get back on Candy Crush later it is back to level 2273. Can you put me back to Level 2284? Or at least let me keep going past 2273? Thanks

Hi Judy, I think what might be happening is that when you bring the computer back to factory specs the game is automatically loaded. You need to go to the Microsoft store (shopping bag icon) and search for the game and install it from there. It should bring you back to your current level. Also after installing if it's not working try to log out of Facebook and log back in and then it might bring you back to your current level.

That didn't work. I have uninstalled it, installed it, restarted everything.
