Ask for lives not working

Question

I play through the KING.com website.  'When I have exhausted my 5 lives, a pop up box appears that says "Ask for lives"  I am unable to click on the "Send request" button, or the "X" in the top right of the pop up.  I have to refresh the game and lose any lives or treats friends have sent to me.  I have updated the game, my flash player and my PC.  This has been happening for about a week and I can't figure out what to do to fix it, or if it's a game glitch.  I have tried sending my problem through this forum in the past but only get Facebook platform related answers.  I am playing on a PC through King.com

I've asked for lives and I have not been getting any responses while I send them lives? Is there a way for players to send me lives?

Sometimes, due to the volume of messages being sent globally, some messages may occasionally drop.  If this occurs, we recommend re-sending your request to friends.  Try contacting the King team from here: https://care.king.com/contact
