    It just clicked that I think this solution might work for you.  Someone from my Facebook game mentioned about logging into the Kingdom on my mobile device.  He had to give me details and pictures of what to do and this article is showing what I had done at the time.  Please let me know if any of these resolutions posted here work for you.
