First check that several purchases you made haven't been merged into one transaction. Apple sometimes merges several purchases that was made the same week in one single transaction instead of charging you for every purchase separately.
If the charge is incorrect, then please contact Apple/ iTunes Store directly since they handle all transactions and refunds made through iTunes or App Store.
