Can someone help me?? I had to set my computer back to factory specs and redownload Windows 10 again because of a virus. I logged into Facebook and clicked on Candy Crush and now I am on level 2273 when I was on level 2284. I have beaten 2273 and moved on, but every time I close Facebook then get back on Candy Crush later it is back to level 2273. Why does it not let me move on? Can you put me back to Level 2284? Or at least let me keep going past 2273? Thanks

Hi Judy, please forgive us for not responding to you sooner but thank you for posting here on King Care. Has the problem resolve yet? Since setting it back to factory settings did you download the game app from the Microsoft store (shopping bag)? If you are using the game that comes with the factory settings then please go to the shopping bag and load the app because that might bring you back to your current level, especially since you are playing through Facebook and they save your progress. Please check out what I've posted here and let me know if anything worked. If not, then I can always elevate it to a King Admin but please keep in mind that their weekend has started so we might not get an admin until Monday. But hopefully we can resolve it without an admin.
