How do i transfer my progress from a kindle fire hd 8 to a kindle fire hd 10 2017?

Both devices are using the same Amazon prime account and Facebook account. Please advise

Hi Deborah, since you are playing through Facebook they have saved your progress. All that you have to do is to log into Facebook and you should be at your current level. You shouldn't have to do any syncing just log it and it should work. Please let me know if it doesn't.
