My game is not loading. It stays at loading and the game does not open. I just played it the night before and my computer is updated. Any one have ideas or experienced the same thing?
First make sure your browser is up to date. You can check this by clicking this link:

Then try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser.
4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera.
If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer. The Windows app can work better than Facebook and you can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook:
