Lost progress
I had to get a new phone and when I reconnected it wouldn't let me receive any rewards etc until I connected Facebook. I then lost all my progress and went from around level 2200 back down to zero. I logged out and tried to reconnect with my email and it says I don't have an account.

Hi, were you previously connected via the Kingdom?
If so I have a link that shows you how to sync your Kingdom account to Facebook.
If not, let us know and I will see if one of the Mods can contact you and see if they can get you back on track

I don't believe that I was but I'm not sure. I'm assuming that since it doesn't recognize my email that I was not. I tried another email from a few years back and it didn't recognize it either.
