When I logged on to Facebook I lost my all progress. I was on level 1300+, it started me back on level 1. Please help

Ah thank you for letting me know. I am not sure that they can do anything, but I have asked as you had no external way of saving progress. Its always a good idea when you start games to use some method of logging in either through Facebook or the Kingdom as even an update can cause issues. I have passed it on, just waiting for a reply but it will be tomorrow now.

Ok thank you for getting back to me, I am going to go and seek some advice for you. Just out of interest did you use an email address previously? If so I believe that they can manually add your levels onto your facebook account. Leave it with me
I didn't connect Facebook or King and I came to level 1300+. After that I tried to connect Facebook and it started me back on level 1
Were you previously connected to Facebook or is this the first time? If you were previously connected it might be that its not logged you in properly.
Connecting to Facebook
Its possible to connect via email to the Kingdom and Facebook and to sync progress between so nothing gets lost.
If this doesn't help I will get a moderator to contact you and see if they can get you back on track

Hi Candy9054, were you previously connected to the Kingdom before you logged onto Facebook?
If so, you would need to sync your Facebook account to your kingdom account. I have a link HERE that will explain how to do that. Please let us know if you need further help! Have a sweet day
