Sometimes, due to the volume of messages being sent globally, some messages may occasionally drop. If this occurs:
We recommend re-sending your request to friends.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, check to make sure you have a strong internet connection to be sure that the messages and help from your friends can be received. Wherever possible try to use Wi-Fi to ensure you have a strong uninterrupted connection.
Try disconnecting your game from Facebook and then close the game. Turn off your device for around 10 seconds, then restart it and reopen the game. Reconnect to Facebook to see if this fixes the issue.
