Cannot get all my candy crush levels back on a new phone, please help!
On my old phone, I am at level 1797 with lots of boosters. I bought a new phone, and saved the progress with facebook account on my old phone, and connect the facebook on my new phone, but my level on my new phone is only 930. I tried to reconnect many times, and reinstall facebook. But did not work. Could someone please help me? I am losing almost 1000 levels.

Make sure you have the game connected to the same Facebook account on both devices.
If its is, then try also reconnecting the game to Facebook on your old device so all progress will get synced properly.
Reconnect to Facebook on your old device with these steps, they usually help:
-Disconnect the game from Facebook under Start menu > Settings > Cogwheel > Log out
-Delete the Facebook app from the device
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again
-Open Safari and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook (once you're connected you can reinstall the Facebook app and continue using it if you wish)

Sorry, I followed step by step of your instructions, but still did not work.
Should I do the same on the new device side? After login facebook in browser, just open the Candy Crush App on the new device or old device? What do you mean by "reconnect it to Facebook"? Does it mean "save for progress" and login facebook that way. Please help, as I really do not want to play all over again. Do I need to delete the game on new device?
