Restoration of levels

Hello Candy Crush people! I have CC downloaded on my device. I am in the 1246-1250's level. The other day, I turned on my device, selected CC, and when the screen loaded, my progress was set at level 1. This has happened before, and when my device re-connected to our home wifi, the progress was restored to my original level. This time, however, progress was not restored. I am curious if there is a way to restore my progress as that is very far in the game and it would be incredibly frustrating to have to start over. I have recently created a Facebook to connect my games to so this won't happen again.

You will need to reconnect the game to the Facebook account where you had saved the game.

If you already are connected to your Facebook, then try with reconnecting:

1. Remove the connection to Facebook first (on the game’s start page tap the settings down to the left > cogwheel > log out).

2. Log out from the Facebook app.

3. Force close the apps and restart the device.

4. Log back into the Facebook app.

5. Finally open the game and connect it to Facebook on the game’s start page or by tapping the blue F under settings.
