When I try to log into CC I get a message, an error has occured, we are trying to fix it, please try again soon?
First make sure your browser is up to date and that your PC is Windows 7 or later version. If you play on Mac make sure your OS is Sierra or High Sierra. You can check this by clicking this link:

Then try with reinstalling the game to get the game back on track:
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser.
4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera.
If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer. You can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook:
