Candy Crush Saga Level 3136

I lost my gold bars by accident because I have played this level SO MANY times.  Boosters do not work on this level.  How on earth are we supposed to complete this with the cascade not working.  Silly maths again.  Need to hit the 16 squares 7 times EACH in JUST 12 MOVES!  I could not even get close with 15 moves.  Please sort it out ASAP!
