Problem with 3144 not enough moves (19) you reduced from 25 with bombs and wrapped candy why

This level is impossible.... I’ve been at it for days and can’t get more than 20 yellows!! The fish keep hitting the corners non stop AND I’m hitting it with the stripe and bomb and they NEVER explode!  What gives??
