Hi Meow Tung, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Is this still happening? If so, please write back and if possible, upload a print screen and tell me where you are playing this game - mobile or device?
There is definitely a glitch because a group of players posted here on King Care and they are having the same issue. I just elevated it to a King Admin but she won't be in until tomorrow. When she returns and sees what is going on she will then notify the King team.
