I NEED ASSISTANCE FROM KING GAMES, NOT ANOTHER PLAYER.

Question

I need assistance from and ACTUAL King Games representative, not another player. I am not trying to sound rude or ungrateful but my issue is not something that can be remedied by another person's suggestion. I need to know if there is a away to restore progress of a game on a specific device so I can connect it to Facebook so I don't have the issue of randomly losing my progress. KING GAMES, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. I NEED HELP.

Hi Kay, I am part of the King Super Stars team and I will try to help you here.  Have you been playing your game through Facebook all along?  If so, then the progress has been saved.  Let's try a couple of things.

First try to clear the history on your tablet:  http://www.androidtabletpcsupport.com/2014/07/clear-cache-history-and-cookies-on-android-tablets/

Then log out of Facebook and log back in and let me know if your progress is back.  If it isn't then I'll offer another suggestion ok?

I have not connected my CC game to Facebook at all yet. My progress was lost on my Amazon Kindle Fire, and I want to know if there is a way to restore my progress. I was on level 1240! If my progress can be restored, THEN I am going to connect it to my newly made Facebook account so things like this are not longer an issue.
