Hi Joanne, I think I might have the answer for you! First of all, are you playing on a computer/laptop? What browser are you using? King has changed their version from Flash to HTML 5 so if you have been trying to play through Internet Explorer that will never move beyond 2825.
If you have been using Chrome, Firefox or any of the other browsers your game could have gone back to the old version. Here is some information to get you back to the new version:
