Lost all my lives after new phone purchase

I got a new phone today and logged in to Candy Crush Saga using Facebook and also using email. My level is correct but I have lost all my boosters. I had over 200 coconut wheels and can't remember amounts of other boosters but there were ALOT. These are boosters I had also purchased. Please help me to get them back again. Thank you.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
But I will see if I elevate this to a King Admin to see if she can offer you something.
