Please please will someone at King do something about level 3147!!!!!!! Impossible at 16 moves

Also the higher levels now seem to require boosters to clear so are you playing the sugar drop challenge to collect these boosters? You can collect up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours. Read more about it here:
