I KEEP LOSING MY LEVELS AND HAVE TO START FROM A LOWER LEVEL I CLEARED THE CACHE BUT THAT DID NOT WORK

Hi Bobby, you didn't say where you are playing the game - mobile or computer? If you are playing on King.com then you are playing through the Kingdom and it should be saving your progress. So besides clearing the history the next thing to try is to log out of the Kingdom and log back in and that should bring you back to your current level.
