All boosters gone :-(

End of Feb. 2018 my mobile crashed and I had to move everything to another phone. Before doing that I synchronized via Facebook. When starting Candy Crush Saga on my new device all Boosters, Gold etc. were gone (of some I had >50!!!). Please help.

Hi Stefan, sorry for the delay in responding.  

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.  For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. 

Because they are stored on that particular device they cannot be transferred to any new devices.  If you have purchased gold then please write back here and I can have a King Admin look into your account.
