Hi Mama, thank you for posting on King care.
Its a problem many are reporting at the moment. Hopefully tomorrow our moderator can get in touch with the studio and find out why.
For issue reporting could you tell me what you are playing on? The device and OS. And browser if playing on a computer.
Have you also tried clearing cache and cookies etc? (I had to ask that one as they will ask us)
