Hi Credendo, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? I have heard of things like this happening when 2 people play on the same device. I believe the solution was that she needs to log out of her account and then you can log in with your account and be back to your level. Let me know if this works for you.

Ít is not working. Sorry, i had make a second Question, so this one is not the actual version of our discussion. Thanks for your good help. I think, so in my second answer, that the best way is to start with my account new. In a former time, my girlfriend lost his whole old acc with his high level, she was also not amused about this. The game seems to have a many problems with the sychronisation of the level status.
