Hi Elsa, I am still having this issue and am still waiting for King Care Customer Support to resume my game back to level 707. It has been more than 3 weeks and no action has been done to my request. Hope to receive a speedy response to this follow-up request. Please see similar request on my other post titled "Please resume my progress to Level 707".
