Hi Roseannc22, sorry for the delay in responding. Since you are playing through Facebook, let's try to do this first. Clear out the history of whatever you use - mobile or computer. If it's a mobile device then shut it down, wait 10 seconds and then turn it on again. Open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in. It should bring you up to your current level. If that doesn't work please write back here and I will offer you further direction.
