17 moves with 4 colors to get 4 ingredients out with 10 count bombs and multi-layered blockers.  I haven't gotten close after over a week. I saw that the original had 3 colors to allow for specials to be made.  Please review for additional moves, removal of some of the blocker layers and/or removal of bombs.
